Marked on the bottom as edition #2582, produced under Leaf Collection / Efteling Netherlands. The figure shows a whimsical cottage-art style, with sunglasses, a sun hat, and a hammock made to resemble twisted wood/rope. Great “chunky vintage décor” energy.
