I purchased this bowl from another member earlier this year because I wanted something to remind me of a journey my grandmother took on the Normandie in 1937, but I since was given something by a relative that is more personal, and I would like to find a good home for this.Diameter across rim outside 5 3/4", diameter across handles 7 3/8", height 2 1/2".Made by Christofle of robust Silver-Plated metal, this bowl was made for the height of Art Deco High Sea cocktail nibbles or relishes. Its graceful proportions, subtly indented handles, molded foot, and distinctive logo stamp give this piece presence on your table or on your board.Naturally scratched and scuffed here and there.
