Original vintage Woolworth “Back to School” double-sided in-store advertising poster, dating to approximately the early 1970s.

This poster features a striking graphic design with bold orange “BACK TO SCHOOL” lettering over a black-and-white photographic montage of period school supplies, including notebooks, rulers, scissors, chalk, index cards, and other classroom and stationery items. The bottom displays the classic Woolworth name and logo in bright blue.

Printed on both sides, this piece was likely intended for hanging display inside a Woolworth store so it could be viewed from either direction. That double-sided format is a great feature and helps confirm its original use as authentic retail display advertising.
