An authentic 18th to 19th-century Neapolitan Nativity figure featuring exceptional artistry and classic period craftsmanship. This expressive piece captures a traditional character from the famous Italian presepe tradition.

Sculpted Features: Finely detailed terracotta head and hands with a lively, expressive face, dramatic gaze, and molded hair.

Period Garments: Dressed in multi-layer period attire, including a metallic-trimmed waistcoat, striped breeches, red stockings, green buckled shoes, and a geometric neckerchief.

Historic Construction: The frayed silk coat offers a rare, visible peek at the underlying structure, showing authentic Italian printed paper lining (cartapesta) used during construction.
