Johnson railroad car puller/mover tool, patented on July 16, 1907.This is a fantastic piece of early 20th-century American industrial and railroad history, used to spot or manually move rail cars short distances without a locomotive. The heavy-duty cast-iron components are in excellent vintage condition with highly legible, crisp factory stamping.Key Features & Details:Patent Stamp: Clearly reads "PATENTED JULY 16 1907" on the main neck sleeve housing.Complete Components: Features all original, factory-matched cast-iron components. The individual pieces still clearly display their original foundry letters ("A", "B", and "C").Condition: The mechanical elements are structurally sound with an authentic, rich weathered patina. No cracks, repairs, or major structural damage to the iron.Handle: The original wooden handle has been neatly trimmed down to a total length of 2 feet (24 inches). This modified shorter length makes it exceptionally easy to pack and perfect for compact wall display, garage shelving, or industrial railroad decor.
