This antique leather box with a hinged lid is a high-quality piece that is perfect for storing trinkets or jewelry.

The embossed design adds a touch of elegance to its small size.  The gold crest or emblem features a crown and shield. It is unknown whether it represents a country affiliation or a family coat of arms.

The Box measures 3 and 1/2 in square, and approximately 2 in high including the lid. The inside of the box is bare wood, there is no lining.  The age of the box is also unknown, it appears to be early 1900s.
