This is a World War 1 era Vickers manufactured model 1907 bayonet with the original scabbard dated 07 '18 with no refurbishment dates. The 1907 had about 5 million made but the vickers manufactured version had about only 10,000 made making this a great collectors piece for anyone into World War 1 history.The blade has minor surface rusting and the handle has no signs of rot or decay. The scabbard has rust on on the metals but is still in good shape.
