$14.99

This is an appealing piece of 1981 Jaycees memorabilia documenting a local annual community festival during the height of Jaycee-sponsored civic events in the United States. The Jaycees were widely involved in local festivals, parades, fundraisers and other community programs during this period; contemporary 1981 newspapers document Jaycee chapters sponsoring numerous local public events.

The button has traditional metal pinback construction with a horizontal pin and clasp on the reverse. Its unusually large size gives it excellent display presence compared with standard campaign and event buttons.

The combination of an exact 1981 date, Hamburg location, Jaycees organization, annual festival identification and bold period graphics makes this an interesting piece for collectors of local history memorabilia, civic organization pins and vintage festival buttons.

🛠 CONDITION

Authentic 1981 vintage pinback button in good pre-owned condition. The front shows scattered spotting, discoloration, surface wear and age-related marks, particularly around the lower portion and edges. The yellow-orange background remains strong and the black lettering is clearly readable.

The metal reverse shows oxidation, discoloration and surface wear consistent with age. The original pinback hardware remains present.

Storage history is unknown. Overall, a solid original example with attractive vintage character. See photos for details.
