VINTAGE 1981 CITY OF CUDAHY CIVIL ENGINEERING BLUEPRINT

This was rescued from a Los Angeles County estate, this original 24” x 36” blueprint is a technical record of infrastructure history in the City of Cudahy. Dated December 1981 and prepared by Tierra Engineering Company, this document is Sheet 14 of a 14-page set detailing improvements to Atlantic Avenue.

Technical Highlights:

·Detailed layout of Atlantic Avenue intersections including Ardine St, Cecelia St, and Patata St.

·Specific "Railroad Crossing Pavement Marking Detail" with technical measurements.

·Notations for survey monuments, traffic striping, and curb radii.

·Official title block with engineer signatures and firm details.

Condition & Preservation:This is an authentic "garage find" in fair vintage condition. The paper shows natural sun fading, staining/tanning, and minor tears or pinholes along some fold lines. While it was originally poorly folded and stored, I have since attempted to relax the paper and will ship it loosely rolled to better preserve the document and prevent further creasing during transit. It has not been repaired with tape or altered.
