• Obverse: Features a stunning high-relief bas-relief depiction of the venerated icon of Our Lady of Częstochowa (The Black Madonna) holding the Christ Child.
• Reverse: Features charging Polish Hussaria (Winged Hussars) at the Battle of Vienna (1683) under King Jan III Sobieski, along with the K of C emblem and text: "KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS SUPREME DIRECTORS - POLAND 2010".
• Edge: Stamped with individual edition number (015/275).
