Everything You Need To Know About Mark Zuckerberg
We can’t get enough of Facebook. The social networking site has revolutionized the way we communicate with one another, and it has helped us find long-lost friends (whether we really did want to find them or not.) Although we Facebook our friends all the time, we forget that a 28-year-old Harvard drop-out is one of the main faces behind it all.
Mark Zuckerberg is one of the co-founders of Facebook and he currently serves as chief executive and chairman. His skills as a computer software programmer helped make the website possible. In fact, he knew how to write software by the time he was in middle school. Mark quickly learned during his sophomore year at college that he had the computer skills needed and that Facebook would be a success. He dropped out and moved to Palo Alto, California, which is Facebook’s current headquarters.
The whole world is in awe of the young entrepreneur, and he was also names as Time’s coveted “Person of the Year” in 2010. Mark’s personal life isn’t too shabby either. He married Priscilla Chan in 2012, who he had met in 2003 back at Harvard. Despite controversies over his tactics to make Facebook a success, Mark strives to provide a positive public image and continues to look for ways to improve the social networking site for everyone.
