Arrived 10 days early, and though the item is used, it is in flawless condition. It's an excellent bag too, made of durable thick canvas material. It's the right size for a daypack, with straps that are oriented at a V-angle up on the shoulders for very comfortable carry. This is much better than straps that are attached vertically I think. The two pouches are easily accessible and can hold quite a lot of food, or a 1-quart canteen plus a sandwich bag full of food.
