I’ve seen many flat hats on stating US Navy but cannot find any that state:

US naval training station.

Very rare flat hat.

There is no glow under a black light and overall condition is very good.

small amount of damage to the wool In 2 spot.. see photo's.

Interior leather band is in very good condition named on the inside is written:

J. CULP.
