The WW2 Welrod Model is an original period item from the United States, specifically from World War II (1939-1945). This militaria piece is a field gear equipment replica that was used during the war. The Welrod was a British bolt-action, magazine-fed, suppressed pistol that was designed for covert operations and assassinations during WWII.Great display for collectors of militaria oddities or for cosplay reenactments. The Welrod had big plans for behind the lines defensive actions, however in practice was only minimally used.
This replica has an orange plug in the barrel as required by law. Buyer is responsible for knowing their local and state laws regarding ownership, as some states regulate replicas just like the real thing.
