VINTAGE 1950s ROSBRO PLASTICS / E. ROSEN CO. VALENTINE'S DAY "THE LOVE BOAT" CADILLAC OF CABIN CRUISERS CANDY CONTAINER - 100% COMPLETE WITH ORIGINAL TWO PEG PASSENGER FIGURES

Up for sale is an incredibly rare, investment-grade piece of vintage American holiday hard plastic. This is the authentic 1950s Rosen/Rosbro Valentine's Day "The Love Boat" Cabin Cruiser candy container, measuring 8 inches long. Unlike most surviving examples that are found empty, damaged, or stripped of their components, this premium set comes 100% complete with both of its original, factory-matched peg figurines.

This holiday novelty toy completely predates the 1970s television show of the same name, making it a highly coveted cross-over piece for both advanced 1950s holiday collectors and vintage vehicle enthusiasts.

INCLUDED IN THIS LISTING:

• The Love Boat Cabin Cruiser Hull: Vibrant red upper deck and a clean white lower hull.

• Original Blue Bow Flag: Fully intact and molded directly into the front bow post.

• Deck Accessories: Integrated white deck searchlight and twin white marker lights are entirely unbroken.

• Original Boy/Captain Peg Figure: Molded in white hard plastic with hand-painted blue captain's hat, facial features, and the iconic Rosbro stamped red heart graphic on his chest.

• Original Girl Peg Figure: Molded in white hard plastic with pigtails, hand-painted red hair bows, facial features, white skirt, and the matching stamped red heart graphic on her chest.

CONDITION DETAILS:

This set is in exceptional vintage condition, especially given the notoriously brittle nature of 1950s styrene plastic.

• Graphics: The cursive red "The Love Boat" side decals on the white hull are crisp, bright, and completely legible with virtually no rubbing or fading.

• Plastic Quality: Excellent luster with no melted plastic marks, warps, or major scuffs. There are no cracks or chips on the boat or the figures.

• Figurines: Both figures are completely intact with beautiful paint retention on the eyes, smiles, hair bows, and hearts.

Please review all the photos to verify the exact condition of this museum-quality Rosbro set.
