Vintage Norcrest 1950s Japan Ceramic Pixie Elf Flower Hat Seated *On A Shelf*:

Very cute piece, just under 3.5", perfect seated position for an "Elf on the Shelf" placement. Significant rubbing/paint wear on his suit, but face and flower hat look excellent. Most likely made by Norcrest in the 1950s, only marking is a "Made in Japan" sticker.
This has been sitting in storage for decades, could use a quick dusting/polishing.
