Vintage Nils Trautner Åry Nybro Teak Trays Sweden 1960s MCM Mid Century Modern:
$101.62

Åry Nybro bentwood teak trays designed by Nils Trautner.

Your trays feature the early-to-mid 1960s heat-pressed logo:

• The Logo: It clearly shows the ARY shield followed by "Fanerprodukter" in a stylized script.

• The Location: Below the script, it specifies NYBRO, which is the Swedish town where the factory was based.

• Origin: The bottom line confirms MADE IN SWEDEN.

• Production Method: Looking at the edge of the tray in your photos, you can clearly see the distinct laminated layers of the bentwood. This high-pressure steam-molding process allowed for that dramatic "surfboard" curve while keeping the trays incredibly thin.
