This listing is for a beautiful, authentic Navajo Native American art pottery bear sculpture handcrafted by recognized artisan Arnold Brown. This impressive statement piece is hand-etched using the traditional sgraffito technique, featuring an incredibly detailed figural eagle portrait on one side alongside intricate Southwestern geometric accents, step patterns, and a prominent bear paw print on the nose.
The reverse side showcases a smooth terracotta finish and features an original hand-etched pictorial mark by the artist depicting desert mesas, flying birds, and Shiprock monument, alongside the official signature "Arnold Brown," the handwritten tribal affiliation "Navajo's," and the individual design number 211388.
