Two vintage German-made double ruling pens (railroad pens), originally used in cartography and technical drafting.Keuffel & Esser (K&E) "Anvil" No. 932 Railroad Pen: Measures ~5.25" long. Branded "K & E CO. GERMANY" on the main thumbscrew wheel. Comes with its original green K&E two-piece telescoping box.
