Up for sale is a gorgeous, instant collection of 8 vintage hammered / hand-wrought aluminum and glass serving pieces, dating from the late 1940s to the 1950s. This estate lot features highly sought-after mid-century details, including what appears to be the iconic "Tulips and Ribbon Bow" motifs popularized by maker Rodney Kent. Perfect for vintage kitchen decorators, MCM collectors, or holiday celebrations. These pieces were made during the heyday of hammered aluminum housewares, spanning from the late 1930s through the 1950s, with the bulk of production occurring right after World War II.

Collection Specifications & Included Pieces (All measurements are approximated):

Pedestal Candy/Fruit Bowl: Scalloped edge featuring highly detailed embossed tulips. Approx. 8.5” diameter x 5.5” tall. Unmarked.

Long Rectangular Tray: Features a delicately hammered texture and an elegant blooming floral stem pattern. 11” x 5.5”. Unmarked.

Covered Silent Butler / Crumb Tray: Features an attached handle, hinged lid with a floral bouquet thumb-press, and a crimped pie-crust edge. 12.5” x 8.5” x 3”. Cromwell Hand Wroughty Aluminum. There is an area on the front of the piece that appears to had a sticker on it and some adhesive remains. I tried to clean it without much success. It is barely noticeable. See last picture.

Glass Covered Butter Dish (Large): Hammered rectangular cover with a stylized flower finial and floral leaf detailing. 7” x 6” x 3”. Wrought Farberware, Brooklyn, NY.

Glass Covered Butter Dish (Small): Shorter rectangular aluminum lid with a round knob handle, sitting inside an aluminum base tray. Small aluminum spoon with base. 6.5” x 6.5” x 3.5”. Continental Silver Co. Wild Rose, Brilliantone 1028.

Teapot / Small Beverage Server: Embossed metal body with a matching lid, goose-neck spout, and a black composite heat-resistant handle. 6” x 4” x 3.5” tall. Swan Brand, England. There is a small barely noticeable ding.

Divided Glass Square Covered Buffet Server: Features a raised, square matching aluminum dome lid with a top knob handle and wide, decorative rim flares. 10.5” x 5.5” x 3.5” tall. Unmarked.
