Vintage Emilia Palomba Sardinia Woman Ceramic Sculpture SIGNED Figurine PRISTINEEmilia Palomba was born in 1929 and her very distinctive Italian pottery style came into prominence in the 1950's and 1960's. This is a mid-century modern piece showing a Sardinian woman in traditional dress. This sculpture was likely produced after she became famous, as the sticker and pottery stamp "Illums Bolighus" was from a luxury department store in Copenhagen, Denmark.
