Up for sale is a vintage Dandy Bike Hand bicycle accessory, made in the USA by Gem Tool Mfg. Corp., Leominster, Massachusetts. Item No. 1229.

This fun bicycle accessory features a bright orange hand with “SMILE” printed across the palm. According to the original packaging, “It Waves As You Go!” It mounts to a bicycle and is a neat vintage novelty accessory or collectible.

This item appears to be new old stock (NOS) and unused in the original packaging.
