Up for sale is a set of 3 vintage Franklin Mint Official Star Trek Solid Pewter Commemorative Medals. Each medal comes complete with its original clear display easel stand and official Franklin Mint Certificate of Authenticity (COA) folder.
What’s Included in This LotStar Trek Official 25th Anniversary Medal (1966–1991): Features Captain Kirk, Spock, Dr. McCoy, and the U.S.S. Enterprise. Includes COA & display stand.
Star Trek: Deep Space Nine Premiere Medal (1993): Features the Deep Space 9 station, Runabout/Defiant detail, and space background artwork. Includes COA & display stand.
Star Trek: The Next Generation Official 1992 Anniversary Medal (1987–1992): Features Captain Picard, Riker, Data, Worf, and the U.S.S. Enterprise-D. Includes COA & display stand.
Released by The Franklin Mint under official license from Paramount Pictures in the early 1990s, these heavy, solid pewter calendar medallions are roughly 3 inches in diameter and feature intricate high-relief 3D sculpted portraits and starships. The reverse side of each medal features a full calendar grid corresponding to its release year.
