Up for sale is a rare, nostalgic low of two (2) vintage 1999 official Pokémon pencil toppers complete with their matching themed pencils. Included: Blastoise topper and pencil and Pikachu topper and pencils. Preowned/Loose condition without original packaging. Items show light, normal signs of vintage wear and age as pictured. Pencils appear unsharpened. Please review all photos closely to judge the exact cosmetic condition for yourself before purchasing. Items come from a smoke and pet-free home.
