For sale is a beautiful, highly collectible Boyd Crystal Art Glass "Joey the Horse" figurine in the gorgeous Plum Slag colorway. This is a genuine, early-era production piece from a single-owner collection, originally received in the lower to mid 1980's.This specific figurine features two highly desirable manufacturer hallmarks that firmly establish its provenance and early production history:1. The Side Mark: The original, first five-year Boyd "B in a Diamond " logo explicitly stamped right next to the number "2" denoting it as a verified part of the Second Production Set issued in 1981.2. The Base Mark: The corresponding "B in a circle" mold plunger mark pressed squarely into the bottom of the base.
