This beautiful vintage 1950s September Birthday Angel figurine is an authentic mid-century ceramic collectible imported from Japan by H.M.B. Co. Inc. under their premium "Paramount Quality" line, complete with its rare original round foil label intact on the unnumbered base. The angel is beautifully detailed with blonde pigtails tied in yellow bows, a bright gold-gilded halo, and a white gown accented with a textured gold glitter trim hemline. She holds a large woven basket filled with hand-painted pink blossoms and cradles a green schoolbook under her arm. This piece is in excellent vintage condition with zero chips, cracks, repairs, or crazing. Please note there is a minor black factory paint fleck just above her left eyebrow from the original hand-painting process, which is very common for ceramics of this era. Both the gold paint and gold glitter remain exceptionally bright, making this a stunning, clean shelf piece perfect for any retro kitsch collection.
