Original vintage Dr. W. T. Stover Oral Surgery referral card from Los Angeles, California, believed to date from approximately the 1940s–1950s.
The front identifies Dr. W. T. Stover as an oral surgeon with offices in Suite 626, Transamerica Building, 649 South Olive Street, Los Angeles, California, and features the historic telephone exchange “Tucker 2624.” It also includes blank referral fields and the wording “Registered Nurses in Attendance.”
The reverse features a detailed 32-tooth dental chart, with individual teeth numbered 1 through 32 and right/left orientation.
A great piece of original mid-century Los Angeles dental and medical ephemera, ideal for collectors of vintage dentistry, medical history, historic Los Angeles memorabilia, or unusual advertising/professional paper collectibles.
