This clock is in excellent working condition with no nicks, chips, cracks, or crazing. There is one, barely discernable surface scratch and two small scuffs on the frosted section [see photos]. Art Deco in design, the clock is a creation of Paul V. Long Jr of Beaux Studios who was bringing one-of-a-kind clocks to life in the 1990s. Each of his works is distinctive and this is no exception:
With a mustardy terra cotta toned upper third that is decorated with stylized hour glasses on each side and small mirrored squares as a bottom embellishment, the clock face has dots marking quarter hours and a beautiful enamel beaded minute hand. There is a broad center mirrored band that has a green banner at the top and larger square/rectangle simulated marble chain underneath. The bottom third of the clock is frosted with three textured columns.
