This is a charming figurine produced by the world-famous and highly collectible Royal Doulton factory in Stoke on Trent, England.It was designed by Leslie Harradine in 1951. It was first issued in 1952 and retired in 1959. It features a young lady dressed in a red dress.She is first quality and is in very good condition with no chips, cracks, or restoration. Please see photos for confirmation of condition. Even the roses in her basket are still perfect. These roses are made by hand. One of the highly trained potters pinch each petal into shape and rolls it onto a tiny clay base on the head of a nail. The flowers are dried a bit then placed onto the molded figurine.Rosemary is approximately 7 inches tall. She is fully stamped on the base with the Royal Doulton Made In England logo, the copyright date 1951, and the model number, H N 2091. Related Items:
