This may be a holy Grail item!!! I’ve never seen it before anywhere on the Internet and I’ve searched hard I believe this is an extremely rare prototype SpongeBob item from 2006 in Japan!! He plays “yellow rose” clearly no SpongeBob song that’s what makes me think it’s a prototype very odd song choice right? Used to spin but stopped working I’m sure it can be fixed
