1) ITEMCONDITION: All DBI sales comefrom dust-free, non-sunlit, smoke-free, pet-free, collector’senvironments. Items are all MintCondition, unless otherwise stated in the above description. Each sale item is carefully packaged toassure you will visit our shop again.And our photos are pretty detailed.
2) SHIPPING: We DO ship within 5 days after payment hascleared (usually within 3). We DO NOTship to Unconfirmed Addresses. We DO shipinternationally ONLY with ’s Global Shipping Program. Due to mishandled packages, to envelopes gettingwrecked, to small packages getting misplaced, and to always trying to fit a fewextras into every package that allows the space, we always ship in bigger boxeswith stuffing to protect the items from damage.We’re into protecting collectibles and making sure they get USPStracking too. AND if you are offerding onmultiple sales, please note SHIPPING WILL NOT BE COMBINED, so go ahead andbin on one item but multiple items won will each have their shipping charged(items may ship from different locations).We will ship out once all of the week’s sales have ended and allpayments have been received for the week, which means packing is immediate butshipping out may take a few days after payment is received. If you need the item in a hurry, pleasecontact us BEFORE offerding for availability.
3) PICKUPS: We do not offerpick-up, as every item is SHIPPED unless it’s an excessively bulky or heavyitem (which in that case we may set up for a Midtown, NYC pick-up).
4) PAYMENT/ COMMUNICATION: Payment /communication is expected within 3 DAYS.If we see neither by the 4th day, an DISPUTE will openautomatically, the item will then be relisted and deals with thetransaction termination.
5) ZEROSTAR / NEW buyers on : offer with a responsescore of “0” and we’ll remove it as soon as possible IF no message is sent (byyou) to let us know that you are seriousbuyer with a confirmed address. Due toa number of “winners” who haven’t paid because they were new to and“didn’t know the rules,” we’ve had to cut all 0 response buyers from oursales. So, if you’re “0” response,new member to and you genuinely want the item: offer on the item, communicatewith us after offerding, and we’ll verify your status, as well as be happy tocomplete your 1st transaction on .For those who do not know what your response score is, that’s the numberright next to your name / handle.We’re HUGE on response! HUGE! So, if we see that you have not postedresponse for others (in other words that you have zero response history forthose who have interacted with you on , we will also remove your offer. 6) response: We put effort into each of our packages bypacking carefully, putting extras into packages that deserve bonuses andshipping out quickly. Therefore, pleasenote that we will request responseonce the package has been confirmed as delivered (via postal tracking) on a BI-WEEKLY basis. 7) EXTRAS/ BONUS ITEMS: Bonus items includedare dependent upon space remaining in the shipping package. Pleaserealize that the smaller the item and package, the less space there will be towork with. Weight is also a factor of bonus inclusion as most of oursale’s Shipping and Handling charges are set to a general, typical weightthat is inclusive of the item to be shipped only. However, when spaceavailability allows, and shipping price can handle the extra weight (and aslong as extras will not affect the quality of the protection of your won items)we LOVE to send everything we can fit into the box.
