A wonderful image of college football from 1920s, possibly high school, the players look a younger. This is an original, not a reproduction. There is some soiling or stains and wear consistent with age. Nothing to deter from the wonderful image, I think it adds to the appearance. Please see all photos they will allow you to form your own opinion. I had a few of the team photos with Panthers Banners, this one from and others from 1921(sold), 1923, 1924 (sold) & 1925. There is at least one player that is present in all five. The last photo shows him, I have drawn an arrow pointint to him in the 1924 photo. So it is very possible these belonged to him. I will see if I can identify anyone, with some research. These do not come to market very often, many times lost in time or destroyed in fires, damaged while left in basements and attics. So here is a great chance to own a piece of Pennsylvania Sports History. The photo is framed, in a nice period frame with glass. Measurements are: 19" x 12" and framed 20 1/2" x 13 1/2".
