Original WWI German Army Sawback Bayonet and Scabbard

Top half of scabbard has some rust pitting and bubbling, not bad, but it is noticeable. Handle also has some corrosion, the metal is very dark from age. Wood grips are solid with no chips or cracks. Blade has no edge nicks, tip is intact, spots and darkening from age but no pitting. The only marking is a large letter "E".Overall length inside scabbard is 20 3/8".
