These are so adorable! Each ornament is between 3.25 to 3.75 inches. They are be sold as a set of 4. The price is reduced because each ornament has chip off of something. I pictured each area and pointed to it in the photos. Please carefully review each one to make sure you are okay with the condition. Included in this set is

A) "The Mrs. Beasley Express" 2002, has a chip off the bottom sled runner.

B) "Pop In For Fun" 2002, has a chip off the bottom popcorn string and a nick on her cheek.

C) "A Pretty Poinsettia For You" 2003, there are a couple chips to the Poinsettia she is holding.

D) "Ice Capers" 2002 there is a chip off the end of her scarf.
