In the process, Cap teams up with Daredevil, and other adventures in the book include a battle with The Punisher. McKenzie and Buscema are joined on this run by several other creators including Chris Claremont, Jim Shooter, Carmine Infantino, Jerry Bingham, and more. This volume also features a solo tale of Sam Wilson, The Falcon, written by Mark Evanier and drawn by Sal Buscema. This edition reprints CAPTAIN AMERICA # 231-246 and MARVEL PREMIERE # 49, and features an introduction by Jim Salicrup. This is the rare Direct Market Variant Edition # 309, limited to just 643 copies. This beautiful hardcover has been read once from my personal collection in a non-smoking home.
