This is a beautiful, handmade piece of Texas history. This large, wood-mounted display is cut into the shape of the State of Texas and features approximately 23 unique specimens of historical barbed wire. Each piece of wire is securely mounted and hand-labeled with the inventor/patentee name and the patent date (e.g., Glidden 1874, Kelly 1868, Haish 1887).

• Features: Detailed rope-style border, center horseshoe with horse imagery, and a wire hanger on the back for easy mounting.

• Condition: Excellent vintage condition. The wood has a nice grain and the wire specimens show authentic aged patina.
