Condition: Pre-owned / Tested Working with Minor Imperfections. Illumination functions properly; includes matching Certificate of Authenticity (COA), light cord, fitted Styrofoam container, and paperwork.
Condition Flaws: The lunging Michael Myers figurine ("Knife to See You" / Base B) has a snapped/missing knife blade in his raised right hand. The small black cat accessory on the front walkway is loose off its mounting spot. The main house structure, tree, porch posts, balcony, and the standing Michael Myers figurine with knife are fully intact.
