Here is one of my original signed Elton John lps, signed for me personally in 1996 by Elton at Woodside.

Although I’ve described the signature as ‘certified original’ it has not been officially certified by any of the numerous agencies that appear to certify the most awful fake signatures these days. I have an extensive collection of signatures from The Beatles to Madonna, built up over thirty years and I think I have as much knowledge in this area of expertise as some of these dubious organisations.

Nevertheless please feel assured that this signature is 100% genuine and I’m absolutely happy to offer a full refund including postage for anyone not totally satisfied on receipt of this album carefully returned.

The album is the wonderful Blue Moves, Elton’s magnificent 11th studio album from October 1976, which was signed privately for me by Elton with a black sharpie. It is un dedicated and says ‘with love Elton John x’.

The double album, both record sleeve cover, inner sleeves and both vinyl LPs are in VERY GOOD TO EXCELLENT CONDITION and play very well with minor background clicks.

We all know Elton as the musical genius that he is and he’s still performing at the very highest level, with all the energy and enthusiasm of a much younger man. Very sadly he will be finishing his current mammoth farewell Worldwide Tour in July and will not be touring again.

What a lot of people don’t know so well is what a kind and generous man he is and someone I’ve been lucky enough to work for on a number of occasions over the last thirty years in my capacity as an architect and interior designer.

I’ve been lucky enough to visit Woodside on many occasions over the last thirty years in my capacity as an architect and designer. Elton’s autograph has changed significantly over the last fifty years, through three main stages, this signature is typical of the 1990s. Unfortunately many of the signatures one sees being sold on , in my opinion, are fakes.
