Antique/Vintage Fatima Turkish Cigarettes Porcelain Match Box Holder AshtrayUnique and rare Fatima Turkish Cigarette matchbox holder and ashtray. Both front and back of the "box" portion features pictures of the Fatima Turkish Cigarette package with the two sides having openings to allow for striking strips. This item was obviously well used, and unfortunately, a few areas on the base have been chipped (see photos). Also, there is some staining and crazing in the glaze. Even with these problems the piece is sound and the graphics are in good condition. As to maker, the bottom is stamped "Made in Austria" (see photo).
