Curated Set of 8 Antique & Vintage Blue-and-White Decorative PlatesA collected grouping of eight English, Japanese and Asian blue-and-white plates in mixed patterns, ages and sizes. Beautiful together as an instant plate wall for a traditional, English country, chinoiserie or collected interior.Included:* Wedgwood Portland Blue Jasperware – 6” diameter. Made in England; 20th century.* J&G Meakin Classic “Forum” – 6¾” diameter. Made in England. Heavy age-related crazing and discoloration are present. There is a hairline crack and a surface crack visible from the reverse; neither is visible from the front.
* J&G Meakin – 6¾” diameter. Made in England. One very small flea bite noted.
* James Kent / Fenton “Ye Olde Willow” – 6¼” diameter. Made in England; older English Willow-pattern transferware.
* Booths Silicon China “Dragon” – 8” diameter. Made in England; early 20th-century blue dragon decoration with gold-trimmed rim.
* Royal Stafford “Asiatic Pheasant” – 10⅞” diameter. Made in Burslem, England.
* Blue Willow – 6” diameter. Vintage Japanese export plate marked Japan.
* United Wilson-attributed Reticulated Plate – 9⅝” diameter. Blue-and-white Asian decorative porcelain with pierced/openwork border, crackle-glaze finish and character-style seal mark to reverse. Maker attribution is based on the mark and is not definitive.Combined unpacked weight: approximately 7 lbs.ConditionAntique/vintage pre-owned condition. The J&G Meakin Forum plate has heavy age-related crazing and discoloration, with one hairline crack and one surface crack visible from the back but not the front. The other J&G Meakin plate has one very small flea bite.No other chips, cracks or discoloration are noted on the remaining plates.Please review all photographs carefully, including the individual front and back photographs and maker’s marks, as they are an important part of the description and condition.Sold together as a set of 8. Plate hangers, stands and staging accessories are not included.Each plate will be individually protected for shipment.
