This antique late 19th-century Victorian Rococo/Baroque Revival oval frame features roundel/medallion central motifs surround by scrolling acanthus leaves, large curling C scrolls, shell, leaf, flower, and leaf sprays in a honey brown gold tone. Inner liner is a painted cream and pale pink. Ideal for a period portrait print or art piece. There is general wear, detail loss, paint loss especially on corners and paint and detail cracking which give this frame great character.
