Antique German Gesteckpfeife Hunting Pipe w/ Hand Painted Horse Porcelain Bowl:
$150.00
This Gesteckpfeife, or German 'system pipe', is a hallmark of 19th-century (and early 20th century) Austro-German smoking culture. It's characterized by a modular construction, featuring a porcelain bowl (often hand painted with various scenes or themes), a metal lid, and a long wooden stem, wrapped in leather. This pipe has a beautiful horse painted on it and will look amazing on display. Given its age and delicateness, it is important to handle and showcase this historical piece with care.
