Early GILCHRIST ice cream scoop / disher with the original stamped handle: “GILCHRIST 30 SIZE 12”.
This is a solid older style scoop with the classic spring/trigger release mechanism (see photos). Great for collectors of vintage kitchen tools, or as a functional piece with that proper old-school weight.
Condition:
Good antique condition for its age. Shows surface wear, patina and marks consistent with use and storage. Mechanism appears intact and the scoop is structurally solid. (Please check photos as they form part of the description.
