Up for sale is a beautiful, authentic early 20th-century Art Nouveau footed jewelry box crafted by the renowned Jennings Brothers Manufacturing Company of Bridgeport, Connecticut.This highly collectible piece (Mold #580) features an exquisite organic design complete with flowing whiplash curves, elegant stems, and a prominent dimensional daisy/poppy flower seamlessly integrated onto the lid next to a beautiful looping handle.Condition Report:Exterior: Excellent antique condition with a gorgeous, dark natural patina that beautifully highlights the high-relief casting. The structure is sound with all four flowing feet sitting completely flat. The rear piano hinge is original, straight, and opens/closes smoothly.Interior: Remarkably well-preserved! Retains its original vibrant red velvet lining and decorative gold metallic cord trim.
