GORGEOUS 19th-century French or Old Paris porcelain vase in the Rococo Revival style, featuring a turquoise-blue (bleu céleste) ground, heavy raised gilding, and a hand-painted cartouche depicting a romantic or pastoral scene with two women and a small dog.

The sky blue background was a signature hue popularized by French porcelain factories like Sèvres and widely adopted by Paris artisans.

Worn Gilded Relief & Ruffled Edges: The top and sides are adorned with dramatic, gold-gilt sculptural overlays shaped like stylized leaves and vines.
