Antique BlackAmerican Primitive Folk Art Doll, circa 1850-70. Hand made, original condition with early printed cotton fabrics of that period. Hand sewn and built over a sand filled bottlewhich is covered with hand stitched black fabric as shown last photo.
8” tall, weighs 1.75 pounds unpackaged.
Condition is as shown, it is a rare survivor for being 160+ years old. The red fabric on the apron / overdress has wear & splits from age & use, as shown.
