These items were for promotions at ESSO stations in Italy around 1963 or 1964. The ESSO EXTRA Tiger was designed to stick inside on your windshield. A little spit on the suction cup, and it dangles from the windshield.
The promotion slogan in Italy was Metti Un Tigre Nel Motore - Put a Tiger in the Engine. In the US it was Put a Tiger in Your Tank.
