Tanner Foust leads the ultimate manly career. This 39-year-old California native is a race car driver and he performs stunt driving. On top of that dangerous career, Tanner is one of the hosts of Top Gear, a motoring series on the History Channel. His work regularly appears in movies, and he also races in some of the top competitions.
So how does one get involved in such a fast-paced career? First, Tanner obtained a bachelor’s degree in molecular biology from the University of Colorado. He started off racing cars winning various championships along the way. Tanner is a two-time champion in the Formula DRIFT series, winning the title in both 2007 and 2008. He also regularly competes in the X Games as well as Rally America.
His skills as a racecar driver eventually led him down a path of stunt driving. Tanner regularly appears in action movies driving cars at dangerous speeds with quick twists and turns. Some of his most known credits include Iron Man 2, Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift, The Bourne Ultimatum and The Dukes of Hazzard. With a busy career made in driving, there seems to be nothing that will slow Tanner down anytime soon.
