This is an impressive present for any teen, although her 16th birthday saw her receive both a Ferrari and BMW.

Lil Wayne was taking off from the Supperclub in Hollywood when he was confronted by some people that were not too happy with him and have various choice words for Wayne. Nonetheless, Lil Wayne wasn’t even phased as he rolled away from the club in his Maybach Landaulet. Video after the jump!
