Small fits most desk and wall clocks, med stem fits full size clock body.The movement is a good upgrade from your standard AA powered in most wall and desk clocks with a smooth sweeping second hand. Which gives a better impression of a more expensive quality clock.It can be better if one can select which stem size instead of one of each.
